TERMS and CONDITIONS
1. 'We’ refers to henryandfriends, ‘the seller’ and ‘you’ refers to you the Customer.
2. Orders will be processed and despatched within 2 – 3 business days, in the order in which they are received, subject to satisfactory receipt of funds.
3. Payment may be may through Paypal, by direct bank transfer or, if you are in the UK, by cheque if drawn on a UK bank. All transactions will be in pounds sterling. Please contact us at admin at henryandfriends.co.uk if you would like further information.
4. Any order which does not have the correct postage for the destination address will be delayed and you will be duly notified by email.
5. You will be notified when the order is despatched and should allow 10 - 14 days for delivery outside the UK. In the event of non delivery after 21 days you should notify henryandfriends by email to admin at henryandfriends.co.uk or by using the form on the Contact Us page on this site.
6. Tracking and Insurance are NOT available with standard international Air Mail so please bear this in mind when you place your order. Should you require this, please contact us for a quote.
7. If you are ordering the book from outside the UK, import duties and taxes may be incurred once your book(s) reach their destination. henryandfriends are not responsible for these charges and we undertake to make no calculations or estimates in this regard. If you are buying internationally, you are advised to contact your local customs authorities for further details on costs and procedures. As the purchaser, you will also be the importer and should ensure that your purchase is in full compliance with the laws of the country into which it is/they are being imported. Please be aware that packages may be inspected on arrival for customs purposes and we cannot guarantee that the packaging will be free of signs of tampering.
8. CHRISTMAS DELIVERIES Royal Mail have given these dates for the LATEST posting dates for Christmas 2010 – Australia/New Zealand 6 December 2010 Eastern Europe/USA/Canada 10 December 2010 Western Europe 12 December 2010 and for UK we will not post after 12 December 2010 for the Christmas period.
9. If henryandfriends receive no communication from you, within 10 days of expected delivery, regarding any problems, you are deemed to have received the books(s) to your satisfaction. But see also 5. above.
RETURNS POLICY
10. henryandfriends aim to always provide items that are fault free and undamaged. On occasion however, you may need to return an item. Returns are governed by these Terms and Conditions.
11. If anything you have purchased from henryandfriends should be faulty when delivered to you, you should contact admin at henryandfriends.co.uk The items(s) must be returned in their original conditions with all packaging and documentation. Upon receipt of the return, the price of the item(s), as paid by you, will be refunded to you through the payment method used by you when purchasing the item(s), together with the cost of return postage.
12. If damaged in transit and the damage is apparent on delivery, you should report such damage to henryandfriends within 3 days and arrange the return thereof. You will be re-imbursed as in 11. above.
13. You have a statutory right to a “cooling off” period. This period begins once your order is complete and ends 7 days after the items(s) have been delivered. If you change your mind within this period, please return it/them to henryandfriends within 7 days of receipt. The item(s) can only be returned for this reason if the packaging remains unopened and it can be re-sold, as new, without any additional work on the part of henryandfriends. You are responsible for paying shipment costs if returned for this reason. NOTE we are unable to accept a return if the book has an inscription.
14. If you wish to instigate a return for any of the reasons above, please contact henryandfriends by email at admin at henryandfriends. co. uk or by using the form on our Contact Us page to make arrangements.
15. henryandfriends is not responsible for any international packages that do not reach their destination, therefore we cannot offer a refund or replacement if your item(s) go missing. However, see also 5. above.
